Who belongs to your family / who is living with you?
My wife and I have one kid.
How has bee keeping changed your life?
What I had hoped for has actually happened. With the honey from the beehives I am able to produce my own medicine. Through selling the honey I can raise my income.
How do you provide a good environment for your bees?
Bees need shadow and food. Therefore, I planted coffee trees and banana trees. For more food I also planted flowers.
What do trees mean to you and how can they be protected?
Trees provide the shade for the hives. They also are sources of nectar for the bees.
What is the most important thing in your life?
Farm land is most important in my life. I need land for beekeeping but also for cattle rearing.
What are your biggest challenges and how do you plan to overcome them?
There are many challenges. Drought is one challenge. Diseases are another one. The climate change is impacting us already and seems to impact us even more in the future.
What do like to do in your free time?
I like playing games in my free time
Which place would you like to see once?
I would like to travel Italy and see the vatican.
